Charting Your Course (CYC) builds on the foundation of your clear vision for the future you want to create. The program provides a flexible yet structured process to create habit and behavior change so that your actions, activities and relationships are fully aligned with your values, vision and desired outcomes.
You will identify and put into practice the highest leverage changes and habits to achieve your most important goals and shifts. This is accomplished through coaching, exercises and immersive experiences to overcome any limiting beliefs, programming or behaviors that may be keeping you from the changes you most desires and to form new habits to support your desires and dreams.
In this immersive program, you will be expertly guided through a evidence based strategies to:
Design high leverage habits to bring about your desired outcomes
Employ strategies to overcome limiting beliefs, challenges and obstacles
Reinforce and shift your beliefs and behaviors to those of your strongest self
Leverage concrete strategies and tools to create and solidify desired habits and eliminate those not aligned with your vision and aspirational identity
Create accountability and track and celebrate progress during habit change and maintenance
Embody your vision in your daily, weekly and monthly habits and actions
